Melampaui Slogan: Seperempat Abad Bukti, Dampak, dan Jejaring Global Pengarusutamaan Gender di Pendidikan

Penelitian ini memetakan secara komprehensif evolusi intelektual, struktur jaringan, dan arah masa depan riset pengarusutamaan gender dalam pendidikan selama seperempat abad terakhir (2000-2025). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik dan analisis jaringan terhadap 7.919 dokumen terindeks Scopus, studi ini mengidentifikasi tren produktivitas ilmiah, aktor kunci, pola kolaborasi, klaster tematik, serta pilar teoretis yang membentuk bidang ini. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Biblioshiny (R/Bibliometrix) dan VOSviewer untuk memvisualisasikan hubungan co-authorship, co-occurrence, dan co-citation. Hasil menunjukkan pertumbuhan publikasi eksponensial dengan laju rata-rata 16,2% per tahun, yang mengalami akselerasi signifikan setelah adopsi Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) pada tahun 2015 dan selama transformasi digital pendidikan akibat pandemi COVID-19. Jaringan kolaborasi memperlihatkan dominasi negara-negara Global North (Amerika Serikat, Inggris), disertai kemunculan poros Hispanik yang menghubungkan Spanyol dan Amerika Latin. Secara tematik, riset bergeser dari isu kesetaraan akses menuju persoalan interseksionalitas, kesenjangan digital, dan partisipasi perempuan dalam STEM. Analisis co-citationmengidentifikasi lima pilar intelektual utama yang berakar pada teori sosial-ekonomi, psikologi, organisasi, feminisme kritis, dan metodologi ilmiah. Secara konseptual, penelitian ini merumuskan Kerangka Tata Kelola Pendidikan Pengarusutamaan Gender (Gender Mainstreaming Education Governance/GMEG Framework), yang menempatkan kebijakan, pedagogi, dan inklusi digital sebagai pilar utama dalam tata kelola pendidikan berkeadilan gender. Temuan ini menawarkan peta pengetahuan global yang dapat menjadi dasar bagi pembuat kebijakan, praktisi, dan akademisi dalam merumuskan intervensi berbasis bukti dan mengarahkan agenda riset masa depan untuk memperkuat kesetaraan gender dalam pembangunan pendidikan berkelanjutan.
