Peran Kelompok Dukungan terhadap Kesejahteraan Subjektif pada Guru dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan di Indonesia: Systematic Literature Review

Kesejahteraan subjektif guru memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Namun, guru di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti tingginya beban kerja, rendahnya pendapatan, terbatasnya dukungan, serta kondisi kerja yang kurang mendukung. Padahal, guru yang memiliki kesejahteraan subjektif tinggi cenderung lebih efektif dalam mengajar, memberikan dukungan emosional kepada siswa, dan memberikan emosi positif yang pada akhirnya turut meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan prestasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkaya literatur dan menawarkan perspektif baru terkait pentingnya peran kelompok dukungan sebagai bentuk dukungan sosial dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan subjektif guru, sebagai strategi dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review berdasarkan panduan PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses), serta memanfaatkan aplikasi Publish or Perish dan Covidence untuk proses penelusuran dan seleksi artikel secara sistematis. Hasil dari sembilan artikel penelitian yang dianalisis menunjukkan bahwa intervensi berbasis support group, terutama dengan dukungan psikologis yang sesuai kebutuhan, interaksi bermakna, dan terciptanya rasa ingroup, memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan subjektif guru. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa kelompok dukungan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan subjektif guru melalui penguatan hubungan sosial, perasaan kebersamaan, dan dukungan emosional. Oleh karena itu, kelompok dukungan dapat menjadi strategi intervensi yang relevan untuk diintegrasikan dalam kebijakan peningkatan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik di Indonesia.
